TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension training leverages your bodyweight to provide an intense workout. Your bodyweight creates resistance, working your core the entire time. You control the intensity level with your position and angle. Our instructors motivate you to push yourself to the limit!
TRX offers a totally new way to train. Unlike the traditional routine, TRX is one ab workout you won’t take lying down. Suspension training is performed while standing (and burning more calories). TRX challenges you to engage your core to stabilize your movements. You use your muscle strength to control your center of gravity during each exercise.
TRX Suspension Training was developed by a Navy SEAL to provide an efficient and challenging total workout for maximum performance. You run through a series of cardio and calisthenic exercises while suspended from the TRX system. This workout helps you build build power, strength, flexibility, and balance—all while getting completely ripped. TRX Suspension Training takes you to the next level!
TRX Rip Training
TRX Rip training is a dynamic form of exercise utilizing asymmetrical elastic resistance to move and train your body in 3D. With a focus on rotational movements used in sports and everyday life, Rip Training can be adjusted for any fitness level to help you move better and improve your performance.
Originally created to meet the needs of combat sports athletes and physical therapists, Rip Training complements Suspension Training by offering a total body workout utilizing a lever bar and resistance cord for variable resistance training that provides a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, balance and coordination challenges for all fitness levels.
