Kim Bibeau

Kim had a dream, so she went after it. And Sweat Therapy was born.

Kim, Owner, is a north Florida native who has used her weight loss struggles earlier in life to develop her passion as a cycling instructor and weight loss expert. Before opening the RealRyder® Studio, she was best known for helping hundreds of  people reach their weight loss goals as a Weight Watchers leader.

Cycling students sometimes joke that "Brian's classes are tough, but Kim's are really hard-core!" She considers that a compliment, and it is. Her energy is fueled by a desire to help her students get stronger, healthier, happier and more confident.

She likes to tell people that she is "Not quite a half-century old, and better than ever!"

Kim, is a certified personal trainer, weight loss and nutrition coach and holds certifications with Maddogg Athletics, Les Mills, Indo-Row®, TRX Suspension Trainer® and Rip Trainer ® and also had the pleasure of training with the RealRyder® creators and founders in California.

Brian Bibeau

As Sweat Therapy's lead RealRyder instructor, Brian is a testament to the fact that a lifetime of fitness and healthy living really can stop the clock.

Brian is over 65, but looks and feels more than a decade younger!  His energy and enthusiasm know no limits.  Just ask his children, wife and baby grandson. And just ask anyone who has ever taken one of his indoor cycling classes or watched him cycle the Tour de France route three years ago!

He brings that zeal for life into the cycling studio and in helping others. Participating in organized sports has always been a part of  Brian's life.  He is certified with MadDogg Athletics, and he trained on RealRyder with the bikes' creators and founders at their international headquarters with Kim and April in Santa Monica.

Ali Campbell

Known for her upbeat, energetic and outgoing personality, Ali lives life in one mode—ACTIVELY!  She grew up playing year-round sports from soccer to softball … including cheerleading, gymnastics, dance, track, swimming, and weight-lifting. She was even on the “jump rope” team. There wasn’t much Ali didn’t do or try!

From an early age she witnessed her mom teach group exercise classes at church, and no matter his work schedule, her dad made cardio and strength training a daily part of life.  Ali attributes her parents’ active lifestyle as the basis for the fitness foundation that she lives today.

Ali is married to Brian Campbell, and is the mom to three very busy and active children, Ali strives to be that same positive influence on them, as well as others.≠

Professionally, Ali divides her time between personal training clients and teaching group fitness classes. With a belief that “anything is possible if we have the courage to pursue it,” Ali teaches and trains with a passion and enthusiasm like no other! She has attended numerous advanced trainings and holds multiple certifications such as AFAA primary group exercise instructor, AFAA Personal Trainer, Maddogg Athletics Cycle instructor, ZUMBA instructor, Pilates Institute of America, Fitness Anywhere's TRX Suspension Trainer® and Rip Trainer®, RealRyder® Indoor Cycle and CPR/First Aid & AED.

April Hambrecht

As mother to three young boys, April doesn't get much down time. But that's just fine by her.

April's students love her energy and bubbly personality, and she serves as a role model for parents who are juggling the demands of work and family with their fitness goals.

When Kim first approached April about a RealRyder Indoor Cycling Studio, April agreed upon one condition-the name would be SWEAT THERAPY.  That is what exercise is for April, her therapy, and she likes to brag that it is much cheaper than shopping!    She likes to consider herself the 'organized' one in this dynamic duo.  She loves a new challenge, so she jumped at the chance to master the RealRyder and to give her Tallahassee neighbors the chance to elevate their strength and fitness with the bikes.

April has multiple certfications with AFAA, Maddogg Athletics, Les Mills and RealRyder®, IndoRow®, Fitness Anywhere's TRX Suspension Trainer® and Rip Trainer®.
