Extreme RealRyde:  Not recommended for first time RealRyders. In this 75 minute workout your body will burn more calories than it ever has before. 

RealRyde+:  60 minute workout includes 45 minutes on the RealRyder and 15 minutes of abs.

RealRyder Bootcamp:  This 60 min workout includes a combination of the RealRyder, strength, plyometrics and functional training.

RealRyde and TRX:  This 60 min class includes 30 minutes of the RealRyder and 30 mins of TRX Training.

RealRyde and Row:  60 min workout including 30 mins on the IndoRow and 30 mins of RealRyder.

Triple Play:  20 mins of IndoRow, 20 mins of RealRyder and 20 mins of TRX equals 60 mins of a great workout.

IndoRow:  45 mins of a total body workout that challenges the whole body.

Circuit Row:  60 min circuit workout using the IndoRow and various equipment.

Row & Flow:  30 mins of IndoRow and 30 mins of Pilates.

Pilates:  45 mins of Mat Pilates.

BodySculpt:  45 min total body workout using bosu's, bands, kango-jumps plus more.

NIA:  60 min aerobic fitness dance class using techniques from yoga, tai chi, pilates, tae kwon do led by Tallahassee's only certified NIA Instructor Lori Roberts.

Resistance Training:  60 mins of strength training to increase your calorie burn.

TRX Training:  Total body training using your body weight for resistance.  This workout is guaranteed to take your body to the next level.

Piloxing:  Join certified Piloxing Instructor April Hambrecht as she leads you through a dynamic class fusing pilates and kickboxing.
