We highly recommend our complimentary Sweat 101 workshop hosted at our Midtown studio most Saturdays at noon. Sweat 101 includes instruction on the RealRyder indoor cycling bike, Indo-Row water rower and TRX Suspension Trainer. When you've completed the Sweat 101 workshop you'll have all the skills needed to sign-up for a workout at Sweat Therapy Fitness.
